About us
Parcel Doctor started at GreenSpark, a two week hackathon run by GreenTech Hub in Perth in October 2026. We went in looking at how to site compute near the grid. Talking to Project Ohm, Horizon Power and project developers, the same problem kept coming up: nobody could see the whole approval path for a site before committing to it.
So we built a tool for that. It reads the public layers for every lot, works out the approvals a project needs, and uses real decision times to say when it could be operating. We're now building it out with energy developers and consultants in Western Australia.
